Many projects need documentation for multiple audiences — end users, developers, administrators — or for multiple related products. Managing everything in one giant manual quickly becomes confusing.

Separate Documentation Sets

RSM Documentation lets you create multiple independent Documentation Sets. Each set can have its own navigation, styling, and imported Markdown files.

This makes it possible to maintain clean, focused documentation for different user types or different products without them interfering with each other.

Pro Plan Removes Limits

The free version allows up to three published documentation sets. The Pro plan removes this limit, which is useful for agencies or companies that maintain documentation for many clients or products.

Better Organization and Discoverability

When documentation is split into logical sets with clear navigation, users can find what they need faster. It also makes maintenance easier because each set has a narrower, more focused scope.
